Camp Staff

The BJCC is directed by dedicated and educated professional Christian leaders.

Counselors, through active participation, demonstrate skills that will encourage campers to grow in all aspects of their lives such as, team work, goal setting and long term planning.  Along with these skills the youths are instructed in mutual respect, critical thinking and conflict resolution. Proficiency in these areas provide an immediate affect on individual development, but the long term benefits will prepare the youths for leadership well into the future.
